How to use the gift card?
1. After you place an order with a gift card, you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code.
2. You can redeem the value of a gift card by entering the code at checkout.
3. When you redeem a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order without another payment method.

If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
Please know FreshGo gift cards are e-gift cards, can only be used at FreshGo,store and will not be sent to you as physical gift cards.

Q: Can a gift card be used more than once?
A: Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. You can see the balance in the email that contains the gift card code.

Q: Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
A: Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.

Q: Can a gift card/discount code be used to buy a gift card?
A: No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card. By far we have no discount code that can be applied to buy a gift card.

Q: Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
A: Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Q: Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
A: Yes, gift cards are a form of payment, which means when you purchase items (except gift cards) on our online store, you can use gift cards and a discount coupon at the same time.

Q: Can a gift card be sent to someone else?
A: Yes, you just need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.

If you do not satisfied with our goods and want to send them back to get a refund, we accept returns within 14 days from receiving the order. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
